Delegate conference packages – Breeze Bites

The word “conference” brings to mind a group of business people creating market strategies in hotels with white boards, flip charts and lots of little bowls of mints. This is true.

Most conferences will also have speakers that deliver a keynote speech. The speakers chosen for the conference are normally big personalities related to the field and their presence is meant to attract more people to attend the conference.

So in between all this exchanging of information a package is set up for the delegates throughout the day, which they will get loads of coffee, drink lots of tea and have their full of  biscuits and possibly a free lunch. If the delegates are super lucky as a bonus they get to take home a few hotel note pads and pens. What type of package you get is down to your boss, and how well it is delivered is down to the Event Manager.

Generally a delegate package will last around 8 hours (a full day) and you can choose from basic to luxury conference packages. 

Basic package

• Projectors, pens, note pads, flipchart
• Buffet lunch

Standard package

• Executive continental breakfast (fresh bakes pastries, muffins, seasonal fruit, toasted raisin breads, juices)
• Morning-morning tea, coffee, juice
• Afternoon tea, coffee, cakes, brownies, energy bars, fruit, popcorn
• Three course lunch
• Hire of main conference room
• Internet, video, projectors
• Pens, note pads, flipchart

Then there is a luxury delegate package that is downright amazing and will have all your delegates clambering over each other for a day of business.

Premier package

• All of the above, plus...
• High-speed wireless internet access, iPads, video conference, technical services, support reams, full digital audio, visual, lighting and sound technology
• State of the art conference rooms with sweeping city views and lots of natural light 
• Award winning chef’s buffet breakfast
• Three course al la carte lunch, chef’s desserts
• Three course al la carte dinner, chef’s desserts
• Midday entertainment to shift and lighten the mood so it’s not all business
